Information:

• Please note that participants can only register for one field trip, as all IMVC 2026 field trip options will run in parallel on the same dates.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy:
  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the IMVC 2026 Organizing Committee. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
  • 70% refund for cancellation notices received at least 80 days before the event.
  • 50% refund** for cancellation notices received at least 60 days before the event.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellation notices received after 9 October 2026, or within 30 days of the event.
  Please note that all approved refunds are subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Refund processing may take up to 30 days from the date the cancellation and refund request is approved.
  
  Any bank charges, payment processing fees, or other transaction costs associated with the refund may be deducted from the refundable amount.
