Trip Overview

6 Days, 5 Nights

Day 1, November 14

Participants will fly from Bali to Yogyakarta and visit to scenic Prambanan Temple and stay at hotel for one night

Day 2, November 15

Participants will fly from Yogyakarta to Timika and connect with PTFI bus from Timika to Tembagapura.

Day 3-5, November 16-18

Participants will visit mine sites.

Day 6, November 19

Participants will ride PTFI bus from Tembagapura to Timika and fly from Timika to Jakarta. Estimate arrival at Jakarta Airport at 7 pm. End of trip.

What is included in the fee?
  • Flight from Bali to Yogyakarta, from Yogyakarta to Timika and from Timika to Jakarta.
  • Ground transportation throughout the trip
  • Lunches and dinner throughout the trip
  • Five night's accommodation
  • Admission all site visits
Specific Requirement
  • Special Visa – will be coordinated by the committee – provided by PTFI
  • Health check as per mandatory for PTFI visitors

  • Adhere to the company's implemented safety procedures
  • This trip is exclusively available to registered IMVC 2026 participants.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel any registration if the participant is not registered for IMVC 2026.
